Before stepping into full-time entrepreneurship, I spent over twenty years mastering corporate leadership and organizational strategy. The crowning achievement of my corporate tenure was serving as the Vice President of Operations for a Fortune 500 company within the financial industry. In this executive role, I oversaw high-stakes operational frameworks, managed complex financial environments, and led large-scale teams to peak efficiency.

This pinnacle corporate success laid the ultimate foundation for my next chapter. Having reached the highest echelons of corporate leadership, I successfully transitioned my corporate blueprint, financial acumen, and operational excellence into the world of business ownership, building a diverse portfolio of thriving enterprises from the ground up.

My work is deeply rooted in a foundational understanding of human behavior, systemic dynamics, and evidence-based strategy. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas, where I majored in Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science. To ensure a compassionate, holistic approach to leadership and coaching, I am also certified in Trauma-Informed Care.

Driven by a lifelong commitment to growth and healing, I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, continuously bridging the gap between analytical operational strategy and deep psychological insight.
